The fabrics in these shoes is all very special to me; the orange silk was from a customer’s skirt job in Port Townsend – a very fun project. The deep orange is a funny little remnant a friend gave me from a stash she hadn’t been using, and the soles are a fleece/suede combo from my first trip to Pacific Fabrics in Puyallup. The buttons are from our local quilt shop; my kids search for unique buttons and buy them at 5 cents apiece.
